Skills training, dignity kit production and business support that help women and young people build a reliable income.
A reliable income is the difference between a family that struggles and a family that plans ahead. This programme helps women and young people build one.
Participants choose a trade, learn it hands-on, and are mentored through the practical steps of running a small business - pricing, record keeping, savings and customer care. On completion they receive a starter kit of tools and materials.
Where possible, we link graduates to markets and to work producing hygiene and dignity kits for our other programmes.
