A completed outreach that brought health screening, referrals and health education directly into the community.
Many health problems are caught too late because people cannot easily reach a clinic. This outreach brought basic health services into the community.
Over its run, the programme delivered screening for common conditions, referrals to partner clinics and practical health education for households.
The model and lessons from this project now inform our ongoing health and therapy work.
