Disability Rights & Advocacy Programme
Ongoing

Disability Rights & Advocacy Programme

  • Advocacy, Rights & Inclusion
  • Nairobi, Kenya
  • May 2024 - present

Awareness, accessibility audits and leadership training led by persons with disabilities so their rights are respected and enforced.

Rights mean little if people do not know them or cannot claim them. This programme builds the knowledge, confidence and visibility needed to make disability rights real.

We run awareness forums with local leaders, audit public spaces for accessibility, and train persons with disabilities to advocate for themselves and their communities.

Sign language interpretation and accessible venues are part of how we work, not an afterthought.
